Ok, so here is the deal, I couldn't resist writting this page
using a table. It fit so perfectly. I am thinking
of writting a little PERL script to convert tables into something
at least half readable with a TABLE
unaware browser
and this page will be my initial testing ground. This page is
just a sloppy ex global substitution conversion. If your browser
recognizes tables, then you will like my Table
version better. BTW: I added binary encoding for your
viewing pleasure.
New: You can now go straight to a character as a local reference. Try it: http://www.pobox.com/~totten/ascii/text.html#^Z. Be greatful for pattern matching and global search and replace, with out wich, this would have taken more than 30 seconds. And hence not get done.
